I was walking along the riverside and stumbled across the cute little watercolour art gallery - the painting's were very beautiful and detailed. I also thought it was cool how you go in, you chose which piece you like and they drill it off the wall there and then, you pay and take your piece home with you. Instant gratification - no longting.
The Royal Watercolour Society is based at Bankside Gallery, located on the south bank of the River Thames next to Tate Modern. During exhibitions the Gallery is open daily between 11am and 6pm. Their exhibitions are free! If you are in the area definitely drop by they have some beautiful pieces in there that definitely inspired me to pick up a paintbrush!
