"A Polo Day like none other..."
This summer, Lux Afrique hosted the first ever African dedicated Polo Day!
The event showcased top international polo players from Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe, prodiving a stage for emerging African talent to compete on distinguished British Polo Grounds.
It was truly a day of African celebration. The dress code was African boldness and atendees did not disappoint, arriving in ravishing bold african prints; displaying majestic attire from all over the continent.
A wide range of entertainment was provided on the day, the programme included: The Polo Game, Live Performances, Super car show, African’s food tasting, Cigar & Cognac tasting and Yoko London Fashion Show.
Unlimited canapé's and flutes of the finest champagne were on offer to guests, soundtracked by the sweet sounds of African music from the all over the diaspora. Providing the perfect polo atmosphere.
The Lux Afrique Polo Day was in suppport The Nelson Mandela Foundation which celebrated their centenary this year.
